TBO ambition is for the website to always be up and running, however TBO cannot guarantee this. TBO cannot guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event the product you order is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures in the TBO store can differ from their actual colors. TBO cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
Prices
All prices in the TBO web store are stated in SEK and soon also in EUR. The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including Swedish VAT.
Price changes
TBO reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
Payment
TBO accepts payment by VISA / Mastercard / Amercian Express / Euro Card. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. Credit card payment is made with our partner DIBS, Scandinavias largest company for online payment. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We also accept PayPal and ”Fakturera mig / Invoice me” (only costumers within the Scandinavian countries: Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway).
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be added to your order. Please view the TBO shipping rates for information on your specific shipping charge.
Delivery
All international orders are shipped via FedEx, national orders are shipped via the Swedish Post. Estimated delivery times are 1-3 days within Sweden and Europe, and 1-5 days for the rest of the world.
Currencies
TBO store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR or SEK into any other currency.
Uncollected packages
TBO will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. You must return the purchased products to the TBO web store in perfect condition. The products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. You must also return the original invoice. TBO will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on your/customer responsibility. The cost of the merchandise along with original shipping cost and any additional costs at the moment of purchase will be refunded if all demands are met. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible after TBO receives the returned products. The refund will be made to through the payment method you used for the order in question. Please note, that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by TBO. In the case of an exchange, TBO store will not add additional charges for shipping of the new items.
Exchanges and sale During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above will apply, except that TBO will not accept exchanges.
